double chocolate chip cookies
This is one of my favorite recipes: Double chocolate chip cookies. Something you should try is the batter, which is almost as good as the chocolate chip cookie.
INGREDIENTS
100 g. of soft butter
50 g. of sugar
100 g. of brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
170 g. of all-purpose plain flour
3.tbsp. cocoa powder (even nesquik is ok)
1tsp. baking powder
150 g. chocolate chips (70 % cocoa solids)
