Time Travel

by Camilla

Imagine having a time machine

that brings you everywhere unseen.

A worm hole for example could

bring you where nothing else would.

A time machine should teleport you

to meet people you never knew.

But if something goes really wrong

you'll stay where you don't belong!

The Time Travel Incident

by Alex

I was walking through a hole,

A portal through time and space.

I concentrated hard,

And arrived at a mysterious place.

A newspaper was on the ground,

I looked at its date.

And suddenly found with surprise,

That I was in 1948!

I looked at the headlines,

And other things of all sorts.

And then I looked at the location,

It said that I was in New York!

The streets were full of people.

Their clothes were very strange.

Dresses, caps, polished shoes,

top hats and canes.

The next day I rented a car,

And was driving down the way.

When someone ran across the road,

And I hit him with a bang!

When I got out of the car,

And stepped onto the street.

I saw someone familiar,

who I hadn't expected to meet.

"Why did I ever do time travel",

A voice said in my head.

I had planned to have an adventure

But I had killed my grandpa instead!

TIME TRAVEL

By Virginia

Stepping into space

a black hole appeared in my face

I took another step

and was about to bet

that I would never see Earth again

so I started counting to 10.

I spent 10 seconds in the hole

before I was in the North Pole

I had changed in time

and was about to cross the line

The North Pole was full

of people searching wool

magically the world

had vanished because of a magic pearl

So I was stuck there forever

and I would never

see again my Dad

I is really very sad.

Time Travel

By Emma

If I was to float away

What do you think they would say?

I could travel to many moons,

Different planets or starry dunes.

I could travel back in time

To Rome or Greece and hear bells chime

If I wasn't having fun,

That would be the past all done.

If I did the future next,

I could send a billion texts.

Zoom through the sky on my pet dragon,

It's much better than a wagon.

There would be no pesky mice,

You wouldn't have to deal with lice.

But we are in the present now,

Stay as we are, lets make a vow.

Time Travel

By Malika

What to do when you’re late?

You don't want that bad fate.

In a flash of light,

you could be a flight.

This very great speed,

After all I need,

I am still very late,

Oh, this horrible fate!

Future, present or past,

Oh, this will never last!

In five seconds time,

It feels so sublime.

I am in the past,

I see a boat mast.

Am I in the wrong place?

Is this some sort of race?

Time Travel

I sit in my rocket preparing for flight,

trying to prepare my mind for a terrible fright.

I know this trip must not be fun,

the driver counts down three,,two,,one....

I get thrown to the back.

Everything I see is black.

The pressure makes my brain spin,

I feel dizzy and blood streaming up my skin.

Seeing the worm-hole makes me gasp!

The driver's voice is a rasp.

As my rocket quickly dives,

I wonder what would happen to people's lives.

The rocket starts rotating fast.

Will I come out in the future or in the past?

The rocket is getting too hot and starts shaking,

Will this be my death or my waking?
