If I got captured in the lab and got a shot I would feel angry for not escaping faster and I would be scared because I would not know what they would be injecting into me. I would probably panic because I would have no idea where I am and because I would think that I would be trapped there for ever. I would also be sad and annoyed because I hate

2. Do you think it's a good thing doing experiments on animals?

I don't think it's a good thing to do tests and experiments on animals on animals because they have a good reason to live and have a happy lives. They breath and are part of our planet so we should respect them. So that means using them for our own selfish reasons in our own stupid ways. We can live without testing on animals but they might not live if we continue to experiment on them. Who knows what might happen. For example; Using animals to test make-up is stupid because the make-up might cause the skin of the animal to get rashes, side effects or it might even causeheir death. We don't really know what we are using on these poor animals. Why cant we invent something to help us test products, rather than using breathing animals. As for reactions to shots, the same, we should try and prevent using alive animals.

4. If you were as intelligent as the rats what would you invent? Explain.

If I were as smart as one of the rats' I would probably invent a machine that would test things without us possibly sacrificing lives. Maybe you put the product, medicine of whatever it is that you want to test into the machine and it would scan the thing and look at all the liquids and ingredients and it will tell you if it is alright to use on humans. This would be much better for everyone. The only thing that stands in the way is money.

7.What would you train your animals to do if you were a NIMH scientist?

If I were a NIMH scientist I would teach my animals to write in English so that we would have some form of communication. Then when the leaned to write I would ask them questions about life as a rat and what they used to do when they were free. After I interviewed them I would write a book about rats. After I wrote my book I would probably make them sophisticated so that when I let them go they would go and sophisticate all the other rats. Then all the rats would be so sophisticated that they couldlive amongst humans and maybe even make friends.

9. What do the rats discover in the toy tinkers truck? How does it help the rats?

In the Toy Tinkers truck the rats discover lots of mini tools used for making and repairing toys. They also discover little engines. These treasures help the rats because without their discovery the rats would never of had all their electricity and great inventions the have now. There is also a mini fridge in the van and the rats use the food to survive. although it is stealing it doesn't have any effect because the toy tinker that owned the truck died of a heart attack a few yard away.
